2) Physical Exam -> NMS patients have a sluggish response, rigidity and bradycardia, Serotonin syndrome patients have tremor, hyperreflexia, and myoclonus
Patient has a surgery done, afterwards, the patient has rigid muscles, tachycardia, hyperthermia, and acidosis. What could this be? Tx?
