Treatment to slow development of joint damage in psoriatic arthritis?

A

Sulfasalazine/methotrexate
-Local synovitis responds to intra-articular corticosteroid injections
(when the disease is severe, methotrexate or ciclosporin is given because they both control the skin lesions)
