Method for determining if patients on supplemental oxygen are still hypoxic
FIO2 is subtracted by 10, if the PaO2 is less more than this they are not hypoxic, less than this= hypoxia
ECG normal PR
should be <1 large square
Normal width of QRS
<3 small squares
Determining if LVH is present
add the largest QRS deflection on V1 to that in v6 if the sum exceeds 3.5 large squares there is LVH
Only K is abnormal
If patient is well Suspect an artefact
