Team Acquisition : approach used to obtain resources for project when there isnt enough staff w/in the project team or org. to complete the project. Interviewing and recruiting potential team members and scheduling their availability.
Pre-Assignment : allocation of project team members to project activities even before project has officially kicked-off.
