- Only change thrust in case of extreme variation in airspeed. Do not chase mach or airspeed.
- KEEP AUTO PILOT ON
- If excessive thrust variations : DISCONNECT A/THR
- If flying manually expect large variations in altitude. Do not chase altitude.
DESCENT TO OR BELOW OPT FL………CONSIDER
* to increase buffet margin

CREW INCAPACITATION
“I HAVE CONTROL”
Press and hold the sidestick pb for 40 seconds. Use the AP as required.
Perform callouts and checklists aloud.
Inform ATC of the emergency
Call the cabin, the lead or any other FA must come to the cockpit immediately. They will tighten and lock the shoulder harness, move the seat fully aft, and recline the seat back. It will take 2 to move the body. It may not be possible to remove the crew member, one FA will remain in the cockpit to take care of and observe the incapacitated crew member.
