what is long term memory
this is information that has been practiced and stored for future reference
what is short term memory
this only last a few seconds, this is your working memory you use while actually completing a skill
what is selective attention
this is focusing on important information. this is used while completing a skill to make it more successful.
what is visual guidance
this is when a performer is shown the skill for example.

what is verbal guidance
this is when a performer is told information about how to complete the correct technique
what is manual guidance
this is where a coach physically supports or moves the performer to help them get into the correct position
what is mechanical guidance
this is where the coach uses equipment to support the performer to help them with technique
