How much do you charge per cleaning?
Our pricing depends on the size and scope of the cleaning. We start at $100 for a 500-1000 sq ft space.
Do you charge by the hour or per job?
We charge on a per-job basis.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Our pricing is transparent, and we’ll provide you with a full breakdown of costs before we start any service.
Do you offer any discounts for long-term contracts?
Yes, we offer discounts for long-term agreements. Would you like to discuss a plan that works best for your needs?
Do you require a deposit or upfront payment?
We typically require an upfront payment to secure the service. But we can invoice you for ongoing service if you prefer. Would you like to go that route?
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, as well as Zelle. How would you prefer to pay?
Do you offer monthly billing?
Yes, we offer monthly billing for recurring services. You’ll receive an invoice at the end of each month for the cleanings performed during that period.
Can I get a quote before committing?
Yes, absolutely.
Are there any cancellation fees?
No, we don’t charge a cancellation fee, but we do ask that you let us know at least a couple hours before if you need to cancel.
What’s your refund policy?
If there’s anything you’re not satisfied with, just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll come back and fix it. And if you’re still not satisfied, we’ll give you a full refund.
