A

Mild- Headache dizziness, weakness, anxiety, pupil constriction
Moderate-Abdominal cramps, slow pulse, muscle tremors, respiratory compromise
Severe- Pinpoint pupils, pulmonary edema, cyanosis, loss of sphincter control eventual death

after cyanosis is overcome 2-4mg atropine sulfate IV
repeat doses every5-10 min until atropinization
maintain treatment for 24 hour or more
2Pam Chloride 1gm IV slow
