PRESSURIZATION/OXYGEN Flashcards
Above what cabin altitude will you always have force flow of oxygen?
35,000 feet cabin altitude.
How do you manually set the pressurization landing altitude?
By selecting the MAN on the LNDG ALT outer knob, and rotating the inner knob to select the desired landing altitude.
**normally it is selected to FMS1 which automatically enters the landing altitude for you (magenta) when the destination is entered in the flight plan.
Where can you find pressurization information?

How do you know whether the pressurization landing altitude was set manually or by FMS input?
MANUALLY: Landing altitude is displayed in Cyan (Blue).
FMS: Landing altitude is displayed in Magenta.
How many outflow valves are installed?

Pressing the DITCHING switch does what?
Depressurizes the cabin
Shuts of ECS
Maintains the Outflow valve Closed
(Inhibited abobe 15,000FT and NOT available in manual mode)
Does the ditching switch work at all altitudes?
