A
  • Complexe QRS > 120 msec ;
  • Onde R large et souvent encochée en V5 et V6 oreilles lapin
  • Absence d’onde Q en V5, V6 et D1.

A
  • Complexe QRS > 120 msec ;
  • Présence d’une onde RsR’ en V1 (forme un M)
  • Onde S ≥ 40 msec et plus large que l’onde R correspondante en D1 ou en V6
