-Does it behave like a typical tendon pattern

-Where are they pointing when showing the pain

-Active and passive Ankle joint ROM
-Pain replication with palpation/streching/loading
-what is the tissue effected (tear/rupture, paratendon, fascia)
-Specific tests
What are some specific tests to rule out DDx of achilles tendinopathy
-Royal london hospital test
-Arc sign
-Straight leg raise
-Calf capacity testing
-Passive heel flick
-Imaging
Positive result for Royal London hospital test
Positive for Achilles tendinopathy when the tenderness is absent in max dorsiflexion
Positive result for Arc test
