-Dull ache localised to the navicular may occur when walking or performing high intense activity

-Pes cavus foot type or short 1st/long 2nd met

-X-ray usually inconclusive
-MRI best imaging

-Post tib tendinopathy
-Accessory navicular bone
-Tear of the plantar calcaneal navicular assessment

Non surgical management
A
-Offloading, 6 weeks NWB
-Partial loading, 3 weeks
-Gradual return to activity
