Signs and Symptoms

A

-insidious onset
-Pain typically medial tuberosity of calcaneus
-first step pain, get better throughout the day
-over time pain can increase and remain whenever WB, due hypersensitivity to pain

A

-Hx of heel pain
-Symptoms
-Palpation of plantar fascia under tension
-Ultrasound may help
