International impact of WW1
USA - #1 economy, war boosted trade, replace Ge as the main producer of chemicals and fertilizers. Wilson has a big role in LoN, many citizens didn’t want to be “dragged” into Euro disputes
Asia (China and Japan) - Jp prospered economically, took over Euro markets, exports tripled b/w 1915-18. Presented China w/ 21 demands that would imply Jp has economic control of China. China sent delegates to Paris to deal with Jp
