3) through the ethmoid bone
4) Olfactory bulb and synapse with Mitral cells
5) Olfactory cortex in the limbic system , amygdala associated with emotional response

5 different tastes and 5 different regions which vaguely comply to them .

• Taste receptors =chemoreceptors with microvilli (gustatory hairs)
