Q

6 main principles of physical training:

A

Overload principle → increaseing exercise by reaching different levels of fitness.

Intensity → increase physical activity by increasing intervals, weight, time, speed

Specificity → training certain muscles to improve different areas. Focused training

Reversibility → use it or lose it. It is easier to lose fitness than to gain it.

Diminishing returns → if you have a low level of fitness, improvements are bigger. If you have a high level of fitness, improvements are smaller.

Individualization→ everyone’s body is different depending on gender, age, lifestyle, genetics, fitness level
