2. When a person I/C requires MEDICAL ATTENTION

6. When in DOUBT of the contents of the medication container, OR if the prisoner requests medication in excess of the prescribed dosage or of the prisoner exhibits signs of drug or alcohol consumption
7. Of the BHS or DAMS equipment malfunctions
