Q

sociopaths vs psychopaths

A

sociopaths = informele term voor antisocial PD. psychopaths geen officiele diagnose.

Sociopath is a term people use to describe someone who is apparently without conscience and is hateful or hate-worthy. Sociopaths have a limited, weak ability to feel empathy and remorse.

The term psychopath is used to describe people with little to no consciouse, but are able to follow social conventions when it suits their needs. They do pretend to care. Have relationships that are shallow and fake. But maintain a normal life as a cover for criminal activity.
