Describe Eysencks personality types
Extrovert : Mix well, outgoing, sociable, arousal builds slower
Introvert : Shy, arousal levels build quickly
Neurotic : Unpredictable, mood swings, stressful
Stable : Predictable, moods are constant, less stressful
Describe Girdanos narrow band theory
Type A : Impatient, Competitive, high NACH, fast paced
Type B : Relaxed, less competitive, patient, low personal stress
These imply that everybody is predicable (but theyre not)
Describe the social learning theory of personality
Copy, watch, imitate
Role model (signifiacnt other) reinforces
Behaviour is determined by the situation
No genetics
Describe the interactionist theory of personality
Combination of trait + social
Traits determine behaviour, but can be modified by situations

Results are subjective
