Eyesenks Theory = Introvert, extrovert, stable, neurotic
Narrow Band = Type A and B

Define trait
Inherited characteristics at birth. They are innate, genetic and stable.

- Highly competitive
- Likes control
- High levels of alertness
- Strong desire to succeed
- High stress
Describe a Type B personality
- Non competitive
- Lack desire to succeed
- Work slowly
- Less prone to stress

Social Learning
Learnt through interactions in the environment, constant change
- Imitated then endorsed by social reinforcement

Combines both trait and social learning.
- personality is modified and behaviour is triggered by the environment

Endomorph- Fat
