A

Clinical assessment: motor (strength, muscle tone, reflexes) and sensory (DCS, ALS) + nerve conduction study (EMG)

A

Ipsilateral presentation

Sensory

  • somatosensation:
    • DCS: Light touch, proprioception
    • ALS: pin prick, temperature

Motor

  • paresis
  • abnormal muscle tone: hypotonia
  • abnormal muscle stretch reflex: hyporeflexia
