Contact dermatitis
A histamine mediated allergic response to a substance that has come into direct contact with the skin ( poison ivy, soap, jewelry, etc)
Atopic dermatitis
Eczema; chronic crusting, itching eruptions primarily on flexor surfaces (knees, elbows, etc.) cause unknown, allergic, hereditary and psychogenic factors may be involved
Seborrheric dermatitis
Chronic inflammation characterized by redness, itching, scaling, and yellow crusty patches on various areas, commonly face, ears, and scalp. Cause unknown.
