Predominantly women in their 50s.
What is secreted by Granulosa Cell Tumors?
Often produces estrogen and/or progesterone
How does a Granulosa Cell Tumor present? (3)
presents with postmenopausal bleeding, sexual precocity
(in pre-adolescents), breast tenderness.

What is a Call-Exner Body?
granulosa cells arranged haphazardly around collections of eosinophilic fluid, resembling primordial follicles
