associated with cats/dogs

TX: SUSCEPTIBLE to Pen, Chlor, Rifampin
Vaccine: A, C, Y, 135 and seperate vaccine for B
ID: Glucose+ AND Maltose+ (yellow)
Neisseria gonorrhoeae
GNDC, OX+
virulence: capsule, IgA protease
TX: ceftriaxone, Cipro
N. gono in infants -> use silver nitrate or erythro drops
ID: Glucose+, negative for all other sugars
Moraxella catarrhalis
siniusitis, otits media
Beta-lac+ (resistant to ampicillin and amoxicillin)
