Differences in educational achievement:
Black Caribbean students do the worst overall - 27% achieve a grade 5 and above in their GCSEs (English & maths)
Chinese students do the best - 76% achieve a grade 5 and above in their GCSEs (English & maths)

Bangladeshi (38.5%) followed by Black African (33.6%)

Chinese, Indian and Bangladeshi children.

EM workers are more likely to be engaged in shift work.
Ethnic minorities living situations:
Many EMs are likely to live in economically depressed areas with high unemployment and low wage rates.
Parents of EMs:
Particularly Bangladeshi and Pakistani women, are more likely to be engaged in low paid housework.
EMs and FSM:
EM students are more likely to be on FSM.
EM & Material deprivation:
Inability to pay for trips or educational resources.
Who is more likely to die in childbirth?
Black women are 5x more likely to die in childbirth.
Labelling
Attaching a meaning or definition to a person which may lead to a self-fulfilling prophecy.
