Anteriorly- lesser sac, pylorus
posteriorly- Sup. mesentric vein, portal vein

Superiorly- Celiac trunk, hepatic artery, splenic vein
Inferiorly- Sup. mesentric vein
Anteriorly- tramsverse mesocolon
Posteriorly- aorta, left kidney, left adrenal
