o2 titrated to 92-96%
- 2-6L via nasal cannula
- hudson mask 5-10 L

A

Indicated by SPO2 <85

Treatment:

  • Initial dose of 10-15L via non-rebreather
  • If pt deteriorates or reminas below 85% consider BVM or SGA

A

  • COPD
  • Neuromuscular disorders
  • Cystic fibrosis
  • Bronchiectasis
  • Severe Kyphoscoliosis
  • Obesity

titrate flow to SPO@ of 88-92%

If pt deteriorates or remains below 85% treat at severe
