- From the left the right wing anti-icing valve is closed and the cross-bleed valve opens to permit bleed air from the left engine to provide anti-icing to both wings.
- From the right the left wing anti-icing valve is closed and the cross-bleed valve opens to permit bleed air from the right engine to provide anti-icing to both wings.

- AUTO allows for automatic operation the bleed valve
- CLSD selects the valves to the closed position
- MANUAL allows for manual open or closed operation of the valve (controlled by the ACSC) ISOL toggle switch.
- CLSD allows the valve to open automatically when the APU LCV is opened; during cross-bleed starts and cycled open/closed during the automatic transfer of bleeds between the APU and engines.
- OPEN allows manual operation of the valve in conjunction with the BLEED VALVES rotary switch in the manual position.
- BOTH ENG The left and right engine bleed valve is open in both engines are capable of supplying bleed air. The APU LCV is closed (normal operations)
- L ENG The left engine bleed valve is opened if the left engine is capable of supplying bleed air. The right engine bleed valve and the APU LCV are closed.
- R ENG The right engine bleed valve is open if the right engine is capable of supplying bleed air. The left engine and the APU LCV are closed.

Indicates that the associated PACK is off

ON Allows the cowl anti-ice SOVs to open which will allow bleed air into the leading edge of the cowls via a piccolo tube

- The switch light is used to test the ice detector circuitry and probes. Successful test will be indicated by an ICE caution and illumination of the DET TEST switch light
- Pressed in and hold by the pilot will test the probes and sensor heaters. Successful test will be indicated by a green ADS HEAT TEST OK advisory message.
- When in icing conditions with the wing or cowls off, the switch light will illuminate, along with tan ICE caution message.
