solid nodules with thick mucinous fluid

columnar epithelium cells making glands and pink eosinophilic cytoplasm
what is a brenner tumor made of?
transitional urothelial like cells
what does a brenner tumor look like on histo?
nests of urothelial cells encased in a dense fibrous stroma
what is thought to possibly lead to ovarian serous carcinoma?
displacement of fallopian tube cells
what are the two common malignant sex cord ovarian tumors?
granulosa and leydig/sertoli
