A
- rapidly expanding head size in infants
- effortless vomiting in the morning
- preschool age
- waking at night/early morning headache
- worse on coughing/sneezing/straining/bending over
- change in behaviour, sleepy
- changes in cognitive ability/handwriting/balance difficulties
- new squint or cranial nerve palsies
- diplopia or visual change

what are red flags for infants heart murmur?
A
- other dysmorphic signs
- are they blue? check sats
- do they have symptoms and signs of failure (poor feeding, sweating, failure to thrive, colour changes)
- on examination (absent/low volume femoral pulses, low O2 sats, liver edge, gallop rhythm, crepitations, oedema)
