Otalgia
ottorrhoea ++
Itchiness
swelling of outer ear
debris in canal

What is the management of of otitis externa?

A

clear debris from ear
Simple analgesia
mild cases = topical acetic acid
Severe case = antibiotic drops neomycin/clioquinol +/- topical steroids
