- Aspirin sensitive asthma
- Recurrent sinus disease
- Nasal polyps

What is the aetiology of nasal polyps?
A
*Uncertain but association with asthma and aspirin sensitivity

What is the presentation of nasal polyps
A
- Bilateral -if unilateral think cancer
- Nasal obstruction
- Snoring
- Nasal discharge
- Anosmia/hyposmia
- headache
- Can get visible polyposis

What is the management of nasal polyps
A
- Steroid -topical/oral
- Low salicylate diet
- Surgery if sever obstruction

What is the investigation for nasal polyps?
A
- Rigid or rlexible rhinoscopy
* CT for those failing medical therapy
