E/G: above 10,000ft: 5sm (8km) / 1,000ft vertical, 1sm (1,500ft) horizontal (like ICAO)
below 10,000ft: 3sm / 500ft below, 1000ft above, 2,000ft horiz.

Runway reported WET, what are implications for TOLD?
Take off only, not landing
WET = RCR 9 for CFL and brake perf
WET = RCR 16 for X-wind limit and Vmcg
RWY grooved or porous, WET but with no standing water? Use RCR 15 for CFL and braking
