what are the potential clinical details to watch out for with OM ?
A
Erythema, hot, painful, swollen area.

what are the XRAY findings of OM ?
A
Soft tissue changes. (swollen with Gas).
Bony changes. (Osteopenia, Periosteal reaction and bone destruction)

Give 3 classic bony signs of OM ?
A
Sequestrum ( Area of necrosis)
Involucrum ( Area of increased sclerosis around a sequestrum
Cloacoa ( A sinus tract which drains pus).

A
Metaphysis.
