  • Had severe attacks when a teen
  • Hospital twice (not admitted)

These days:
- Asthma doesn’t bother me at night
- Might get a bit tight after running
- Chest infections take a while to clear

Current medication - preventer (5)

A
  • Fostair (formerly Seretide)
  • Two puffs twice a day
  • Attaches to a large spacer device
  • If I forget I feel my chest tightening after a few days
  • Rarely forget though

How are you doing with your asthma? (4)

A
  • Good
  • No symptoms with Fostair
  • Chest infections take a long time to get better
  • Normally get a chest infection most winters

  • Carbon Dioxide from fossil fuels clogging up the atmosphere and causing global warming
  • Worry about the next generation

  • Fostair works really well
  • Will it stop an attack if I can’t breathe?
  • Is this just a cost-saving venture?
