at anterior tubercle of temporal bone, so capsular joint moves forward slightly

how anterior dislocation put back in place
push down and back with thumbs at back of bottom molars to get mandible back in place, due to presence of anterior tubercle of temporal bone (put something in mouth to prevent them biting down on thumbs)
