tumour that arises in neural crest cells in sympathetic nervous system. Can occur anywhere

- abdo mass

- AXR
- Abdominal US
- elevated urine catecholamines
Mx of neuroblastoma
- surgery
- adjuvant chemo / radio
what is retinoblastoma?
malignancy of retinal cells
aetiology of retinoblastoma?
genetic- 45% hereditary: autsomal dominant
symptoms of retinoblastoma
- squint
- poor vision
- absent red reflex
Mx of retinoblastoma
surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy
