Process for a “One Time Deviation”
OM-A 1.4.5.1 -One Time Exemptions/Deviation
Request will be submitted using ERA A-001 via email or other written from and contain; (1) Name, (2) Date required, (3) reference in OM that needs deviation, (4) reason, (5) duration, (6) and mitigating controls.
CFR 91 Deviations can be approved by; Reg Ops Manager, Dir of Tng, C Pilot, DO.
CFR135 and 133 Deviations can be approved by; Reg Ops Manager, C pilot or DO.
eMan requirements?
OM-A 1.7 -eMan
Required to read and sign every thirty day or w/in three days of coming on hitch. Required to clear eMan inbox once per hitch.
Revision posting procedures?
OM-A 1.9 -Revision Posting
The responsible individual will post revision ASAP but never later than going off hitch.
Company manuals assigned to base or A/C will be maintained by; Base- Lead, A/C- Captains, Spare- Lead.
Captains cannot delegate this responsibility.
In OM-A 5.1 what certificates will a pilot be able to produce at all times?
Pilot Certificate, Medical (no copy), and Govt Issued Photo ID.
PIC duties and responsibilities?

Which flights may be conducted under which CFRs?

Maintenance and training may be conducted under part 91. All other flights will be conducted under part 135 unless specifically authorized otherwise.
Crew Composition?

Company policy is to not schedule two short service flight crewmembers together(less than 100 in type).
PIC operational control responsibilities?
OM-A 3.3.3 -Op Control Responsibilities
PICs are authorized and expected to exercise limited operational control.
List of required Occurrence Reports?
OM-A 4.1 -Occurrence Reporting
Stop work authority, injury, hazards, damage to property, in-flight mechanical interruption, component service difficulty, near miss, bird strike, green deck violations, ATC/ Company OCC issues, fuel HazMat, deviations from Ops Spec, customer concerns, safety suggestions.
Ramco Occurrence Categories?
OM-A 4.1.2 - Ramco Occurrence Categories
A/C event- all a/c occurance that will be transferred to the technical log.
Concern- used to submit anonymous report for safety concern. No name should be typed into any block to remain anonymous.
Facility Event- facility related report.
Personnel event- personal related injuries. Hidden from public view and non searchable, no personally identifying details should be put in detail area.

Service Difficulty Report?

PIC Ramco report required for the specific failures, malfunctions or defects listed.
Mechanical Related Flight Deviations?
OM-A 4.3 Mechanical Related Flight Deviations (135.417)
Requirement to report to the FAA an interruption to a flight, change of A/C en-route, or unscheduled stop or diversion because of a know or suspected mechanical malfunction for a Multi-engine A/C.
A pilot being qualified in a second aircraft must have how many hours in the second A/C before exercising privileges in both A/C?
