What should be done at ante natal review?
A
Screen for GDM at 24-28 weeks
Folic acid 5mg if BMI >30
Aspirin in BMI>35
BMI >35 should give birth in hospital and >40 then need to be reviewed by anaesthetic consultant

What are the risk factors of obesity in pregnancy to the foetus?
A
Congenital anomaly
Prematurity
Macrosomia
Stillbirth
Increased risk of obesity in childhood
Harder to breastfeed and maintain
