When is vaginal delivery allowed in HIV?

If viral load <50 at 36 weeks
If not then C section- should give zidovudine 4 hours before C section via infusion

What treatment should be given to the baby?

Zidovudine if viral load <50 otherwise triple ART
Therapy for 4-6 weeks
No breastfeeding allowed
