Hyperemesis gravidarum
Very high HCG
Hypertension and hyperthyroidism may be seen

A
US- snowstorm or bunch of grapes appearance
Significantly high BCH

What is the management?
A
Urgent referral to specialist centre
Evacuation of uterus
Monitor HCG
Contraception to avoid pregnancy for 12 months
Chemotherapy based on risk of invasive mole or choriocarcinoma
