Solar Lentigo/Seborrheic Keratosis

  1. Solar Lentigo=pigmented macules –> evolve into seborrheic keratoses (reticulated form)
  2. Seborrheic keratosis=evolve from small papules to plaques and nodules; “stuck on” appearance
  3. May resemble melanoma when traumatized
  4. Seborrheic keratosis is the most common misdiagnosis of melanoma
