What are the effect of these chemicals
The carcinogens cigarette smoke causes lung cancer.The chemicals can cause damage to the bronchioles and can eventually destroy the alveoli, it can also damage your airways.
What are the dangers of smoking during pregnancy
If the woman inhales the smoke,it would get to the baby. It could cause a lot of damage because the baby could die if it inhales a lot of smoke(carbon dioxide).

If you smoke a lot it will usually cause cardiovascular diseases

Obesity can impact on your diet as it can cause diabetes. Lack of exercise can cause obesity whereas diet can depend on whether you are obese or not

If you do a fair bit of exercise it can decrease the chances of getting type 2 diabetes. It can reduce the chances of cardiovascular diseases.
