infantile botulism
bet 10 d to 6 mo and (+) clostridium botulinum toxin
acute hypotonia
dysphagia, weak cry
constipation
respi insuff
ptosis

acquired botulism
poorly cooked pork or open wound then bacteria from soil
ptosis, diplopia, dilation
bulbar weakness
constipation
