A
- alteration in brain function, caused by an external force.
- blow, shake or jolt to the head or body or a penetrating injury that disrupts the function of the brain

- fatigue,
- cognition changes (attention, concentration, memory)
- behavioural changes

What are the sections of a neuro exam
A
- eye opening response (4 = spontaneous, 1 = no response)
- verbal response (5. orientated, 1. no response)
- motor response (6. obeys commands, 1 no response).
