- physical activity
- avoid smoking
- uninsulated homes
- inhalers

- Short-acting beta agonist
- all children diagnoses are prescribed this with medication for symptom relief - Inhaled corticosteroids (ICS)

- tachycardia
- bradycardia
- tachypnoea (increase breathing)
- hypotension
- oliguria

management of deteriorating
A
- Early recognition – regular assessment
- Assess via ABCDE/EWS
- Assess the patient/trust your instincts
- Call for help (escalate)
