MCDU “Data” Position Monitor page, if residual GS is greater than 5 miles… Perform a fats alignment.
Off then on in less than 7 seconds

What happens with a “Single FMGC” failure ?
A
The AP on the affected side will disconnect the AP will be restored using the other FMGC and flight plan info can be recovered by using the same range as the opposite ND.
