How do you manually tune standby NAVIGATION RADIOS ?
Should only use these procedures when both FMGC’s or all the MCDU’s are inoperative and no DATA Base… e.g. BRU/ORD Flt.
NAV key(guarded) press... In this case both must be pressed on. ILS key push, select the freq and then transfer/then select the course in the std-by window.
Automatic Identification of ILS ?
The NAV display automatically indents the tuned freq e.eg. ILS
With the correct display of the “ident” on the PFD and NAV !!!

will provide approx 4 min of hold.
