A

The laws of right and wrong are the same for all people, in all places, at all times

A

God created humans in imago dei so humans have an in -built knowledge of what it is to be good
People will automatically follow Natural Law if they use their conscience and ability to reason in the right way.

A
  1. woship God
  2. ordered society
  3. reproduce
  4. Learning
  5. Defend the innocent

there are some unviersal laws that all humans have to obey; laws against murder, child abuse , theft and lying.

How does this link to the goodness of God?

A

The ability to find out natural law shows the universe is created by a God who is good.
The ability to recognise suffering as an evil is a sign that we have this God-given ability to tell the difference between good and evil.

How can this change a Catholics life?

A

Catholics will use the principles of Natural law to decide what the best course of acciton is in a particular situation
CAtholics will use natural law as it allows evryone to work out whgat the right things to do is any given situation including modern - day dilemmas that Jesus never had the opportunity to speak about.
