Sensing looks at the here and now, facts & info, doesn’t leave anything to chance. Precision & methodical.

Intuitive people look at the big picture, patterns & possibilities. Creative options, work on a hunch, comfortable with ambiguous info.

A

How we make decisions.

Thinking uses logic and fact. Interested in underlying principles behind decision, weigh up pros and cons.

Feeling - values and Feelings. Sensitive to people involved. Make decisions with heart and seek harmony.

Judging - plan, control environment, make decisions and move on. Focus on timescales & avoid issues by planning ahead.

Perceiving - keep options and possibilities open. Last minute, spontaneous. Decisions made when issues arise.
